Tiffany & Eddy
Approximately 3 years of hands-on real estate investment experience, spanning subject-to acquisitions, assignments, value-add renovations, rental properties, lease options, seller financing, wraps, and partner transactions.
Tiffany: Acquisitions, Creative Finance & Operations
Tiffany focuses on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, including property research, comparable sales analysis, deal analysis, and creative financing strategies. She also manages seller outreach and follow-up, along with Sterling Innovations REI's marketing, website, social media, and online presence.
Eddy: Acquisitions, Construction & Project Management
Eddy works alongside Tiffany in acquisitions, negotiations, deal structuring, and investment decisions, while leading the construction and project-management side of the business. His hands-on construction background provides Sterling Innovations REI with valuable in-house expertise when evaluating renovations, project costs, and value-add opportunities.
Together, Tiffany and Eddy combine hands-on acquisition and creative-finance experience with construction expertise, allowing them to evaluate opportunities from both an investment and construction perspective.
